During the holidays now over, I took advantage of free time to experiment with some recipes to submit for next Christmas. The sandwiches that I made last night of stars with shrimp sauce, made with white bread sandwiches and gave them the form with the molds that normally use for cookies.
I prepared the sauce in a bowl with mayonnaise and a few drops of ketchup, then I added the shrimp, previously left for a few minutes and rinsed in water and lemon juice, so delete the flavor of the brine. Once you are ready
joined them to the sauce, peppered, salted and canapés decorated with finishing of poppy seeds.
