Biscuits Spitzbuben or beef eye


Tyrolean These biscuits I have prepared last year with my boyfriend and saw the success they've had, definitely replicate this year.

INGREDIENTS (approx 70 pieces - 35 cookies):


250 g butter 130 g icing sugar 1 packet of vanilla sugar

1 / 4
grated lemon zest 1 pinch salt 1 tablespoon

rum 3 egg yolks 400 g flour

1 / 2 tablespoon baking powder

milk 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar for dusting
jam or Nutella for garnish


ABOVE:

1. Mix thoroughly butter with icing sugar.
2. Stir in the vanilla sugar, lemon zest, salt and rum.
3. Combine the egg yolks stirring, add the flour (mixed with baking powder) and mix well with milk.
4. Let the dough rest covered in a cool place for about an 'hour.
5. Roll out the dough 3-4 mm thick, cut into desired shapes with the special molds for cookies.
6. To help you help yourself in the posting of cookies roll out the dough on the paper oven and raising the forms finished with a floured spatula making sure to go down with a bang.
7. Bake at 180 degrees for 4-5 minutes not more, making sure the biscuits visually. Must not brown but should instead be blank.
8. Let the cookies cool and spread the inside of biscuits below, with jam or Nutella.
9. Sprinkle the outside of the biscuits on it with icing sugar and biscuits to join the party below.
