Linguine pasta salted salmon with herbs

With the opening of my blog and the long-awaited arrival of summer, I offer you a tasty recipe starring my beloved salmon, in addition to being fresh, normally meets young and old. I will try to match a photograph at each stage of preparation in order to make everyone more involved.

INGREDIENTS (for 2 persons):
180 g linguine (spaghetti and bibs are also suitable)
150 g of salmon oil 's
olive oil 1 bunch of mixed herbs (marjoram, mint, basil and chives)

1 lemon extra virgin 'olive oil salt and pepper


PREPARATION:

1. First, put to boil water in a pot, before I forget, in the meantime prepare a mixture aromatic chippers well the herbs.
2. Squeeze the lemon juice filtered through a colander and cut the salmon until it reduces to a pulp.
3. A reached boiling pasta and cook a few minutes before draining to make heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
4. Drain the linguine, taking care not to drain too much oil mix them now hot, bathed in white wine, add the lemon juice and filtered again in a little oil.
5. Sprinkle with a generous intake of chopped aromatic, salt and pepper, add the salmon and fried the dough for half a minute, stirring so that flavor.
6. Serve immediately, perhaps taking advantage of good weather to have lunch in the garden.
