This is a recipe that reproduce often on the table when I have little time available but at the same time, I will not let our taste buds dissatisfied.
The sauce in question is very versatile in that it does not require a particular type of pasta and is also quite easy to prepare.
INGREDIENTS (for 2): 180 g spaghetti
a handful of pine nuts
two tablespoons of extra virgin olive
a pinch of salt and chili pepper
5-6 6-7 cherry tomatoes
basil leaves 1 teaspoon bread crumbs
PROCEEDINGS
1. Choose the type of pasta you want.
2. Pour oil in pan with pine nuts seasoned with a pinch of red pepper, salt and freshly ground pepper.
3. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and add to oil along with the basil leaves.
4. Heat everything until the withering of tomatoes (4-5 minutes on medium heat).
5. Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs, adjust oil, salt, pepper and cook 1-2 minutes. At this point the sauce is ready and then finish cooking the pasta.
6. Drain the spaghetti, add to the sauce and serve immediately on the table.
Bon appetit!
